TEAM EXPERIENCE

BIRMINGHAM

Landtech Surveys have been instructed by the main contractor to provide setting out & on site control of a multi storey, 250 bedroom hotel in the heart of the city. Liaising with all parties including main contractor, Architect and Project Engineer we have become a vital member of the team providing setting out information, drawings and on-site calculations.

MANCHESTER

Landtech undertook the surveys and associated drawings for the main contractor on a remediation project with a value in excess of £8 million. We were involved with all aspects of the site including initial site surveys, take up surveys, volume calculations, setting out, CAD drawings and As built surveys.

COVENTRY

Landtech Surveys worked closely with the client and main contractor on a remediation project within close proximity to local private dwellings. As with all work undertaken a professional attitude and a minimum disturbance to residents was ensured by working around their daily routines and procedures.

ROTHERHAM

Our client, a world leader in geotechnical engineering, instructed us to log the positions of boreholes and trial pits to ordnance survey national grid and level at seven locations along the River Don. 3 days later and 3km up the river, plans and digital copies were in the post!

WARRINGTON

Full topographical survey of a disused industrial park prior to the demolition of buildings. The site measured approximately 51,000 sq.m which we completed on time and within budget.

LIVERPOOL

Landtech Surveys was instructed by their client to log the positions of boreholes and sampling point locations to ordnance survey national grid and level in an area covering more than 2 million sq.m and along the River Alt for more than 2km. Again all work competed on time and within budget.

DERBY

Working closely with a small local building contractor and private individuals we have established site control and setting out information for the construction of 2 dwellings.

WOLVERHAMPTON

BIRMINGHAM

We undertook the survey of an office block basement, ready for full refurbishment for office space.

WEST BROMWICH BUS STATION

Full topographical survey and measured internal building survey for the redevelopment of part of the bus station.

LEICESTER

Full measured building survey including all internal dimensions from basement to loft space and all elevations.

CORNWALL

Landtech undertook the survey of an old demolished former gas works site. We then provided detailed volume calculations for our client, updated the survey on a regular basis and provided an asbuilt survey to finish.

DERBY

Topographical survey and full measured building survey of a three storey office block close to the city centre. The building survey included all internal dimensions from basement to loft space and all elevations.

RIPLEY, DERBYSHIRE

We provided all setting out information for the erection of a new steel framed building on an industrial estate close to the town.

ROCHDALE

Initially a topographical survey of this site led to us working closely with our client to produce proposed site layout drawings and hi-res visualisations.
