Added to our other services of Topographical Surveys and Drone Surveys, we can complete a full survey of your site in the minimum of time. Let us complete your floor plans, elevations and full measured building surveys in and around Birmingham.

Measured Building Floor Plan

At Landtech Surveys we have many different survey instruments to help us capture data on your site. Our latest investment is our Trimble X7 laser scanner which captures many millions of points to create a 3d point cloud which we then create many deliverables from. Using this instrument means that every little detail is captured and there is less chance of another site visit after the survey saving time and money for the client.

Using our laser scanner means that we can still survey in busy areas and still capture data to be used to create the deliverables asked for. We can provide detailed floor plans to your specification and a completed set of elevation drawings georeferenced to a topographical survey. All this data is then be correlated to ordnance survey national grid and level as standard.
