Landtech Surveys recently completed a topographical land survey of approximately 5.5 acres of grazing land near Ashbourne, Derbyshire, for a private landowner preparing plans for a new agricultural building.

When it comes to land development, construction, or property transactions, accuracy is everything. Yet many individuals and businesses hesitate to engage professional surveying services due to concerns about cost. At Landtech Surveys, we believe that high-quality land surveying should be accessible, transparent, and cost-effective—without compromising on precision or reliability.

In March 2026, we were instructed to carry out a comprehensive topographical and measured building survey at a former farm located just outside Bakewell in Derbyshire.
