Boundary Surveys

We provide efficient, accurate, and professional services for all types of boundary surveys.

Whether you're a developer, a landscape architect, a construction company, professionals in planning and architecture, or a private individual, we can provide you with an affordable solution to all of your boundary survey requirements. Our surveys are carried out by fully trained staff, and we use the latest equipment to ensure that we provide an accurate result.

Our boundary surveys are produced for clients needing a transfer plan or for making a record of a boundary agreement or a determined boundary that has been agreed by two parties. These surveys are conducted to the highest standard using our latest survey technology including our Trimble R12 GNSS receiver and the pin point accuracy of our Trimble laser scanner.

Using this ground breaking technology means that we can survey boundaries on site immediatly based on the ordnance survey national grid OSTN15 transformation. Laser scanning ensures accuracy where needed, otherwise we can also use our robotic total station to target boundary positions using inbuilt laser technology.

All survey work is carried out in accordance with Land Registry Practice Guide 40 - Land Registry Plans - Supplement 4 - Boundary agreements and determined boundaries. Our final survey drawing is completed using ordnance survey data mapping and is ready for submission to the Land Registry.

The image below shows a typical example of an agreed boundary between two parties. This boundary line was agreed on site and made visible enabeling the position to be accurately surveyed. National grid co-ordinates are then given to the points surveyed on the plan and dimensions can be added if needed.

We can deliver your survey results in a timely manner, and we are fully insured for your peace of mind. Don't hesitate to contact us for a competitive quote.
